Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Team Member to support lighting, heating, fixtures and prompt responses when issues arise at our UK hotels.

You will perform plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, respond to requests and emergencies, and help maintain preventative maintenance schedules while keeping records and ensuring safety standards. Join a supportive team in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Comfort with hands-on maintenance work and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks across the hotel (plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance programmes.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and well organized.
• Coordinate with maintenance manager, contractors and suppliers to ensure quality work.
