LGH Hotels Management is seeking a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Team Member to help keep our Milton Keynes hotel safe, functional and welcoming. You’ll perform practical maintenance tasks across the hotel and work closely with the Maintenance Manager and hotel team to resolve issues swiftly.

This role emphasizes practical problem solving, reliability and a proactive approach to safety, cleanliness and guest comfort, contributing to a smooth, well-run operation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of hotel maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical work
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies and resolve issues calmly
• Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance programmes
• Keep accurate records of work, parts used and costs and communicate actions taken
