London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western is seeking a motivated Maintenance Team Member to perform hands-on repairs, routine servicing, and safety‑driven tasks to keep guest areas functioning smoothly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance programmes.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety guidelines and maintains clean, safe working areas.
• Keep accurate records of work, parts used, and costs; coordinate with managers and contractors.
