Job summary

The Cumberland, part of Clermont Hotel Group, seeks a Maintenance Team Member in London. You will help keep our hotel running smoothly, fixing issues and ensuring spaces are guest-ready to deliver a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience.

Working with the Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll tackle daily tasks, routine maintenance, and urgent repairs, contributing to a well-maintained property that supports both leisure and business guests.

Qualifications

• A practical maintenance skill set and the ability to fix issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a safety-first approach.
• Experience in maintenance is a bonus but not essential; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel.
• Resolve maintenance requests quickly to minimise guest disruption.
• Conduct routine inspections to keep spaces safe, efficient and compliant.
• Support larger projects and refurbishments as part of a team.
• Maintain tools and equipment to high standards.
