Heeton Concept Hotels is seeking a ClusterMaintenance Manager to keep two London properties in top condition. You will lead repairs, plan maintenance, and ensure safety, quality and sustainability while managing costs and developing your team.

In this hands-on role you will coordinate daily tasks, supervise Maintenance Assistants, liaise with contractors, and respond to emergencies. You should have five+ years in hospitality maintenance, with plumbing/electrical vocational training and fluent

Qualifications

• Experience – at least five years of maintenance or repair work within a hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety, sustainability and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Repair or replace items around the hotels and refurbish guest rooms.
• Organise supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Ensure high safety standards and report incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Plan preventative maintenance and keep the calendar up to date.
• Coordinate with contractors for quotes and on-site work, and supervise Maintenance Assistants.
