Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Safestay Holland Park, Kensington, London. You will oversee maintenance operations across the hostel, focusing on plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical systems and general repairs to keep guest areas safe and functional.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, supervise staff and contractors, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while coordinating with hotel management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years hotel maintenance experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, painting, carpentry, and building services.
• Ability to coordinate and manage external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across hostel.
