Job summary

Swinton Park Hotel in Masham, England, is seeking a dedicated Laundry Assistant to join our Laundry team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect. You will be responsible for processing guest and estate laundry and supporting the wider housekeeping operation.

As part of a carbon‑neutral estate, you will work 32–40 hours per week across 4–5 days, including evenings and weekends, with training provided and a supportive, collaborative culture that values wellbeing and professional

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to deliver high-quality laundry service.
• Process guest laundry including washing, ironing, and minor repairs.
• Launder estate items and maintain laundry facilities and equipment.
