Premier Inn Newcastle-Under-Lyme is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place food orders and guide the team through busy services. You will work with the Hotel Manager, owning food quality and hygiene and building skills toward Head Chef roles.

The role offers hands-on leadership, with opportunities to train, develop and progress in the UK's leading hospitality business, Whitbread.

• Keep the kitchen compliant with health, safety and hygiene standards, and maintain training records
• Step up when needed – run shifts and help new team members settle in
• Learn kitchen management ins and grow towards senior roles within Whitbread

Kitchen Team Leader – Newcastle-Under-Lyme Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn Newcastle-Under-Lyme as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You'll run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene. It's a hands‑on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.

PAY RATE:

Up to £ 14.31 per hour

HOURS:

30 hours per week

Fixed-term contract until 31/12/2026.
