Millennium Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd kitchen operations. You will help with deliveries, cleaning, labeling, and stock control to ensure a smooth, hygienic environment in a busy kitchen.

The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, with opportunities to progress to chef side within the team. Prior 4* hotel experience is desirable; full training is provided.

Formación

• Experience in 4* hotel desirable, full training provided.
• Positive and energetic communicator.
• Physical role requiring being on your feet most of the day.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in receiving and storage of deliveries, ensure proper storage and temperatures.
• Perform daily/weekly cleaning tasks and sign off records.
• Maintain correct date/labeling as per Kitchen policy.
• Keep work area clean, safe and tidy using clean-as-you-go approach.
• Monitor crockery/utensil stocks to support kitchen operations.
