Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is seeking a casual Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team and help maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. You will assist in prep areas and work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.

No prior experience is required as full on-the-job training is provided; flexibility to cover weekends and holidays is expected in this 24/7 hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy hotel kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety as per policy.
• Support kitchen and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth service.
• Keep workstations clean, organized and compliant with hotel standards.
