Kitchen Manager - Manchester Trafford Centre West - Premier Inn

Salary: £36,500 - £41,250

As Kitchen Manager for Premier Inn, you will be responsible for our Thyme Restaurant, ensuring the daily success and smooth running of the restaurant. Your role is centered around creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Hotel Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new Kitchen team members.
  2. Demonstrate leadership through a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team via pre-shift briefs.
  3. Manage stock control and food margins.
  4. Oversee NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits to high standards.
  5. Ensure delivery to brand standards and specifications.
  6. Drive high performance through team development and regular one-to-one meetings.
  7. Maintain attention to detail and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  8. Show passion for the brand and ensure your team is knowledgeable and confident.
