The role includes weekend shifts (Saturday to Tuesday) and requires flexibility to ensure smooth check-in/out and guest satisfaction.

Role responsibilities include managing linens, cleaning, reporting maintenance, using Zeevou for bookings/payments, and coordinating with the onsite team and remote staff.

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally; report issues to management.
• Utilize Zeevou to update bookings and payments records and communicate via Discord.
• Support restaurant service and front-of-house tasks as needed.
