Job summary

Customeyes is seeking staff to ensure comfortable guest stays through meticulous housekeeping and friendly service. Duties include cleaning rooms, restocking linens, and maintaining cleanliness in communal areas. You will assist with check-in/out processes and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

You will also support restaurant service, present menus, take and serve orders, and handle billing. Proficiency with Zeevou and in-house systems is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and housekeeping roles.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to follow standards for cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all rooms are immaculate, orderly and fully furnished.
• Provide basic housekeeping duties including linen replacement and restocking toiletries.
• Clean communal areas and assist maintenance as needed.
• Use the cleaning app and send pictures of the cleanings.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Respond to guests' complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Understand Zeevou and maintain records of bookings and payments.
• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order in mind.
• Attend to customers, present menus and take orders.
• Take and serve orders, issue bills, and accept payment.
• Maintain serving areas and participate in weekly meetings.
