Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping team member to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will clean and tidy rooms to exacting standards, change bed linen, restock amenities, and ensure privacy and security for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping/room attendant role.
• Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets; clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and guest privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to requests promptly.
