Job summary

Paymán Club Ltd. is seeking a part-time hotel housekeeping and guest services assistant to maintain rooms, manage check-in/check-out, and support restaurant service. The role runs across Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to keep guest areas pristine and welcoming.

You will handle cleaning, linen management, and basic restaurant support, while collaborating with the Property Manager and maintenance teams. Strong standards and reliable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare rooms to immaculate, guest-ready condition.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks including linen replacement, towels, toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising.
• Maintain communal areas and coordinate with Property Manager and maintenance.
• Use the cleaning app and document tasks with photos.
• Assist with smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest support.
• Understand Zeevou and in-house systems; keep bookings/payments records.
• Report repeat issues to managers and coordinate with teams.
