Job summary

Sir Richard Sutton Limited (SRSL) is seeking a Senior Finance Assistant for The Francis Hotel in Bath. You will own key daily finance controls and reconcile income, cash, and revenue, partnering with hotel operations to ensure accurate financial information.

In this role you will process invoices in NetSuite, monitor debt and payroll data, and contribute to performance reporting. The team values collaboration, professional standards, and timely financial insight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting or hotel finance role.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own daily finance controls: income audit, reconciliations, and discrepancies.
• Maintain EBITDA tracker and performance reporting for hotel ops.
• Process invoices into NetSuite with accurate coding.
• Support debt collection and credit control to improve debtor days.
• Support and guide Finance Assistants in the Hotels Finance team.
