Job summary

Sir Richard Sutton Limited (SRSL) seeks a Senior Finance Assistant for The Francis Hotel in Bath. You will manage daily finance controls, support revenue reporting, and assist in turning data into actionable insights for hotel leadership.

Role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and experience with hotel finance systems. Collaboration with Hotel Operations and the Hotels Finance team is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting or hotel finance roles.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily finance controls: income audit, reconciliations, and discrepancies.
• Maintain EBITDA tracker and performance reporting for hotel operations.
• Process invoices into NetSuite with correct coding.
• Monitor debt and assist Credit Control in improving debtor days.
• Prepare weekly/monthly payment runs and accrual analyses.
