Job summary

Premier Inn in the New Forest area is seeking a Duty Manager for the Lymington (Hordle) site. You will help lead the hotel during your shift, working across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay.

You’ll manage briefings, coach colleagues, handle guest questions, and step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly. The role emphasises hands-on leadership rather than supervision from afar, with opportunities to progress toward a Hotel Manager role.
