Premier Inn is hiring a Duty Manager for Farnborough West (Southwood). You’ll lead guest-focused operations across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, guiding your team to ensure smooth shifts and a great stay.

You don’t need hotel experience; if you’ve led people in busy customer-facing roles, you could step into hotel leadership. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours and full training.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
