Premier Inn Cardiff City South is hiring a Duty Manager to lead a busy, guest‑focused team and ensure the hotel runs safely and brilliantly. If you’ve led people in retail or service roles, you’ll bring strong communication, organisation, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This permanent role is 24 hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour and immediate start for the right candidate.

PAY RATE:Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)

CONTRACT TYPE:Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
