Job summary

Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Lockyers Quay) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a dedicated, high-performing team and ensure a welcoming, safe and brilliant hotel experience in Plymouth.

You’ll draw on leadership experience from retail or similar roles to motivate staff, maintain guest satisfaction, and oversee day-to-day operations on a permanent basis with a 24-hour_week schedule.

Duty Manager - Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Lockyers Quay) - Hotel

If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.

Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.

PAY RATE: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 24 hours a week

LOCATION: 1 Lockyers Quay, Coxside, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 0DX
