About The Role

We are seeking a Hotel Contract Specialist to join our Delegate Management team. You will review and negotiate customer hotel contract templates, addendums, and master service agreements (MSA), ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. You will develop contracting strategies to secure optimal terms across various events and regions, managing approximately 200 hotel contracts over the next year.

Key responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and managing hotel and venue contracts, liaising with hotel sales and legal teams, and supporting contracting best practices.

Requirements include proven contract management experience, industry knowledge, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and stakeholder relationship management. A legal background is a plus.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid, with standard hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
