Responsibilities

• Forecast banquet and group demand and profitability.
• Own financials and align with the Commercial Director.
• Attend weekly management meetings with sales updates.
• Manage enquiries and high-value accounts, events as required.
• Lead 5 executives, set performance standards.
• Maintain a unified pipeline across reservations and events.
