Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited is seeking a full-time Bar and Bistro Manager to lead the Bar, Bistro and Meetings operations at Hotel Du Vin. You will be a hands-on leader, coaching your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving budgeted targets and KPIs.

You should have a track record of running branded restaurant operations within a hotel environment, and be ready for greater responsibility.

Formación

• You will be a hands on operator coaching and supporting your team to deliver to the highest standards whilst ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.
• Experience running a branded restaurant operation within a hotel or seeking an advancement in hotel F&B management.
