Job Description:

I am partnered with a leading European Investment Management firm, seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to focus on Hotels/Hospitality. This is a lean and agile team, with an excellent reputation in the market.

The role is suitable for candidates at Analyst or Senior Analyst level, working in a dynamic environment. The focus will be on asset management and value addition, with collaboration across the investment team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with senior team members to produce detailed Excel analyses on the value enhancement of hospitality assets
• Gaining comprehensive exposure to the full asset lifecycle and investment process
• Working closely with Investment and other teams to develop sound asset management plans
• Preparing investor reports, presentations, and addressing investor queries

The ideal candidate will have:
