As a key member of our team, you will support the origination, structuring, and management of complex financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations and materials for client meetings, internal reporting, financial modelling, planning, and the review of legal documentation. You will be involved in all aspects of our primary activities, from transaction origination and risk assessment to negotiation, documentation, and ongoing deal and relationship management post-close.
