Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out using our booking system with a welcoming attitude.
• Handle daily housekeeping including stripping and making beds and cleaning dorms.
• Keep reception and communal areas tidy and presentable.
• Maintain hostel safety and follow daily compliance checks.
• Share local tips on what Bristol has to offer: music, nightlife, art, food.
