You will deliver education programs, manage a portfolio of hosts, and collaborate with Market Managers on scalable communications and webinars to drive host success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years hospitality/travel experience is a plus.
• Strong time management and prioritisation for multiple accounts.
• Proven ability to drive engagement and growth via proactive account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation via phone, email, and in person.
• Experience with CRM tools, especially leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts.
• Conduct onboarding conversations and provide pricing, availability, and listing guidance.
• Secure availability on high demand dates to maximise revenue.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes; relay feedback to teams.
• Respond to host inquiries with timely, high‑quality support.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for bookings.
• Build lasting relationships with hosts and provide ongoing tailored support.
