You will manage a portfolio of hosts, conduct onboarding conversations, and offer strategic recommendations while supporting Market Managers with scalable education programs and webinars to drive bookings and host success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years hospitality/travel industry experience is nice to have.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for phone, email and in-person interactions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, focusing on retention and growth.
• Conduct onboarding conversations and provide strategic pricing and listing optimization recommendations.
• Secure availability on high-demand dates to maximize host revenue.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support to improve experiences.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive bookings and host success.
