Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and welcoming them into the restaurant
• Managing the waiting list and seating guests efficiently
• Maintaining an organized front of house area, including the hostess stand, waiting area, and restrooms
• Handling phone calls and reservations
• Providing information about the menu, promotions, and services
• Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service
• Monitoring table turnover and communicating availability
• Addressing customer complaints professionally and courteously
• Keeping accurate records of guest counts and reservations
