Overview:



We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as
a Host. As a Host at Steak and Company, you will be the first point of contact
for our guests, welcoming them with a smile and ensuring they have an
exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. If you have a
passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a
fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome
  guests with a warm and friendly greeting
• Manage
  reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Maintain
  a clean and organized reception area
• Communicate
  effectively with guests and team members
• Assist
  in coordinating wait staff and managing table turnover
• Provide
  guests with information about our menu and restaurant amenities
• Handle
  guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate
  with the service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous
  experience as a Host for a fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability
  to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong
  organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility
  to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Up to £15.71 hourly starting salary and a
  raise to up to £16.71 after probation- inclusive of tronc
