Job summary

Din Tai Fung UK in Canary Wharf is seeking a friendly Host/Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, seat them, and guide them through the menu to start their dining experience with a smile.

You will manage bookings via our CRM system, handle guest inquiries and payments, and help keep the venue clean and efficient, with shifts including weekends and late evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Host/Receptionist or front-of-house role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure, while maintaining efficient service and ensuring smooth operations in a busy setting.
• Keen interest in building a career in hospitality, with a strong passion for learning and developing your skills.
• Flexible availability to work full-time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with shifts that may run as late as 11:30 PM.

As we continue to grow across the UK, we're looking for friendly and enthusiastic Hosts/Receptionists to join our team in Canary Wharf.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at £18 (including troncs), rising to £19~£20 once qualified
• Working Week: 5 days per week on a rota basis, from Monday to Sunday; night shifts may run as late as 11:30 PM
• Contracted Hours: Part-time for 25~30 hours per week
