We looking for our future superstar Host to join our team at Casa do Frango Mayfair.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Host who shares our values, is hooked on hospitality, and will support their team to be the best they can be.

Casa is a collection of four neighbourhood restaurants, which bring the sunny atmosphere of Portugal to London. Since opening London Bridge in 2018, Casa’s humble menu and signature piri-piri chicken, grilled over wood-charcoal have been well received by Londoners and critics alike. Marina O’Loughlin shared in The Sunday Times that she had “A 20 quid meal that tastes like a million bucks”. All our restaurants are a home-from-home, where we deliver a warm, genuine hospitality and serve freshly made Portuguese cuisine family style.

Having recently won Disruptor Brand at the 2023 Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards and Emerging Concept at the MCA Hospitality Awards 2023, it is an exciting time to join our team.

Casa do Frango Mayfair:

· 125-cover dining space, welcoming 1500 guests each week.

· In addition to the main dining space, we have The Green Room. Accommodating 100 covers standing, it is a cocktail bar, exclusively available for private hire.

· The site also has two private dining rooms, and a charming terrace for al fresco dining in the summer.

As a Host at Casa do Frango, you are:

· Creating a warm and welcoming first impression, delivering top-notch hospitality from the host desk.

· Acting as the key link between the guests, the kitchen, and the dining room team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

· Managing the booking systems during service to maximize covers and attract walk-in guests.

· Handling reservations in person, over the phone, and online.

· Maintaining the lively Portuguese spirit of our restaurant in every guest interaction

· Going above and beyond to deliver generous, thoughtful hospitality that exceeds guest expectations.

· Collaborating closely with the team to create memorable guest experiences through warm, homely hospitality

· Leading and inspiring a diverse team, making our guests' experience unforgettable and contributing to the restaurant's success.
