Job summary

Bupa Richmond Villages Bede in Bedworth is seeking a friendly Host to deliver an excellent dining experience for residents. You will set up tables, serve in the restaurant and cafe, prepare trays and provide room service to residents in their rooms.

You may also support other areas as required and help keep dining areas clean and tidy. The role is permanent, part-time (20 hours) with shifts between 8am and 7pm including weekends on rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Catering or kitchen experience is a bonus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables in the restaurant and café.
• Serve in the restaurant and café at mealtimes.
• Prepare trays and provide room service to residents.
• Serve drinks at the bar for applicants over 18 where applicable.
• Keep dining areas and kitchen areas clean and tidy.
• May support other areas as required within the village.

You have previous customer service experience and you might also have some experience in a catering role or kitchen role although this is not as essential, as training is provided. A great communicator, you'll enjoy working in a close-knit team, with people from all walks of life.
