Bupa is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Richmond Village, Evesham Road, Evesham. You will lead the front of house team to deliver exceptional dining and resident experiences, while managing rotas and maintaining service quality.

You will coordinate with kitchen and marketing, plan events, and drive external bookings. DBS checks and food safety certification are required, with a focus on caring for residents in a supportive environment.

Self-motivated and a great communicator, you’ll develop relationships with our residents, always using a person-centred approach. Organised and flexible with a professional attitude, you’re a great team player but can also work under your own initiative. Always leading by example, you know the importance of creating and delivering an excellent hospitality experience.Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
