Job summary

Forsyth Barnes are partnering with a hospitality client to hire a Technical Project Manager. You will lead the onboarding of technology for new properties, coordinating infrastructure, systems and services to align with guest experience and property operations.

The role covers planning through to delivery, working with suppliers, internal teams, and property staff across multiple locations. Travel and on-site coverage will be involved as required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical project-delivery experience and ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical teams, suppliers and business leaders.
• Experience with infrastructure, IT services, property technology or multi-site environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of technology for new properties.
• Manage tech projects from planning through delivery and implementation.
• Coordinate suppliers, partners, and internal property teams.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and operational priorities.
• Support integration of technology into guest journey and property operations.
• Identify risks and resolve issues with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure practical, robust solutions for operational use.
• Provide clear progress updates to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Help establish scalable technology delivery across multiple locations.
