In this hybrid role, you'll manage projects like payroll implementation and infrastructure upgrades, collaborating with stakeholders and technology partners. The position requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in project management within the hospitality industry. This is a 3-month contract with a daily rate of £600, requiring 3 days in Central London and the rest remote.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level Project Manager with experience delivering multiple complex projects.
• Strong background in a hospitality/restaurant environment.
• Experienced with formal project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM).

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a portfolio of technology projects across the restaurant portfolio.
• Build and manage project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Act as the key link between major stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues and governance, providing clear senior-level reporting.
• Coordinate third-party partners to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
