Forsyth Barnes are delighted to be partnering with a client in the hospitality sector. Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to assist with leading the onboarding of new properties, ensuring that the required technology, infrastructure, systems, and services are planned, coordinated, delivered, and implemented effectively. The successful candidate will need to manage projects from initial planning through to completion, while ensuring that technology is properly integrated into the wider guest experience and operational needs of each property.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical project-delivery experience with the ability to understand business requirements and work consultatively with a range of stakeholders. They should be comfortable operating between technical teams, suppliers, senior business stakeholders, and local property teams.
The role requires someone who can take ownership of delivery, bring structure to complex projects, and ensure that agreed plans are executed effectively. Experience working with infrastructure, IT services, property technology, hospitality technology, or multi-site environments would be particularly relevant.
Strong communication, organisation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills will be important. The candidate should also be able to challenge constructively, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into deliverable technology outcomes.
This is a multi-site role supporting properties across different geographical locations. The successful candidate will need to work flexibly, with travel and on-site coverage likely to be more important than fixed office attendance. They should be comfortable managing projects remotely while also visiting properties when required to support implementation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance.
