Foxhills Collection is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead a major systems migration across the hotel, golf, spa, leisure, membership and F&B operations. The role is on-site at Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey, a 9-month fixed-term contract with a focus on planning through stabilisation.

You will coordinate multiple vendors and internal stakeholders, manage data migration and testing, and ensure business continuity during go-live.

Qualificações

• Proven delivery of complex technology implementations within hospitality, leisure, resort, golf or spa environments.
• Hands-on experience with PMS, POS, Spa/Leisure Management, CRS, Channel Management and distribution systems.
• Strong data migration, data cleansing and validation capabilities.
• Proven vendor and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels including Board.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall programme plan, timelines, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
• Coordinate technology vendors and ensure delivery, integration and testing milestones.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing and validation of member, reservation and financial records.
• Engage department heads to capture requirements, validate configurations and drive operational readiness.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, communications and phased go-live activities.
• Lead on-site go-live support, post-implementation stabilisation and handover.
