Hospitality Team Leader - 40 hours per week

Genting owns and operates many exciting brands within the centre, including Resorts World Casino, Santai Spa, Genting Hotel, Sky Bar & Restaurant, Vortex Gaming family arcade, The World Bar, The Sports Bar and a thriving meeting and events business. We are currently recruiting for a hard working and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Leader to join our vibrant team, working 40 hours per week. Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, nights and bank holidays.

Key competencies and duties include:

  • Demonstrating the ability to motivate, develop and deploy staff within the Bar & Restaurant
  • Delivery of excellence in signature service and strong team building skills
  • An effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement
  • Ensuring that a comprehensive, guest focused service is provided within the Hospitality areas
  • Helping to build, train and develop an effective team through encouraging involvement, feedback and using the strengths of the team
  • Assisting with the training of new team members
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
