Full Time 40 Hours Per Week

Who are you?

Skilled in grounds maintenance operations with awareness of all Health and Safety Legislation. Supervisory or leadership experience would be advantageous. A full clean UK driving license is required, as you may need to operate ride-on mowers and drive company vehicles or tow trailers. Certified in PA1 & PA6 is desirable.

• Assisting the Contract Manager and Supervisor in effective management of programmed maintenance.
• Proactively leading by example with grounds maintenance work.
• Managing security of vehicles, plant, and equipment.
• Completing daily check sheets and paperwork for smooth operations.
• Supporting and guiding the service delivery team, e.g., grounds maintenance operatives.
• Monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels.
