Job summary

Select Recruitment is seeking a confident Hospitality Supervisor to lead a team at a prestigious venue just outside Cambridge. This temporary role offers a pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and smooth daily operations.

You will supervise front-of-house and events, maintain high standards of food and beverage service, and support the team with a hands-on, calm leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the hospitality team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain excellent standards of food and beverage service.
• Assist with the coordination of events, functions and dining services.
• Lead by example, supporting and motivating colleagues.
• Ensure health and safety, food hygiene and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Help resolve operational issues and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
