Aramark UK is recruiting a Hospitality Supervisor for RAF Lossiemouth to lead a busy hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise events, manage shifts, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive team motivation, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, and contribute to successful catering operations while providing excellent customer service to guests and staff.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, catering, events or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-working skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work, including weekends and shift patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising hospitality and catering operations to ensure high service standards.
• Leading, motivating and supporting team members during shifts.
• Assisting with the setup, delivery and clear-down of hospitality events and functions.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer enquiries.
• Supporting stock control, ordering and inventory management.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
• Assisting with staff training and development.
• Monitoring service quality and addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
