Responsabilités

• Cellar duties and cleanliness of bar areas.
• Assist line manager with bar stock-checks.
• Operate tills and handle cash.
• Restock goods and display merchandise.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Clean back-of-house areas, crockery and cutlery.
• Maintain daily paperwork and records.
