Aramark is recruiting a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at RAF Lossiemouth on a zero hour contract. This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a varied hospitality environment.

You will support day-to-day operations, events and functions, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and assist with stock and tills as required. Training and development are available.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• A positive and flexible approach to work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to undertake training and development as required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation and food service.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
• Supporting hospitality bookings, functions, and special events.
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards throughout service areas.
• Replenishing stock and supporting basic stock management activities.
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions where required.
• Assisting the catering team with day-to-day operational duties.
• Following all health & safety, food safety, and company procedures.
• Supporting the wider team during busy service periods.
