Qualifications

• Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Gastronomiebereich als Hospitality Assistant oder Supervisor.
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittelzubereitung und Kundenservice.

Responsibilities

Job description

A stunning B&I location in Central London for an international law firm, catering for approximately 250 people daily. We offer an extensive hot and cold breakfast and lunch, along with high-end hospitality and events. The role operates Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious London locations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor.

You will enjoy your work, thrive in a great team, and be passionate about food service, providing excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute all hospitality service tasks
2. Oversee daily hospitality operations
3. Ensure adherence to food standards and control wastage
4. Follow Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen procedures
5. Support the team in serving clients and guests, replenishing stocks, supporting events, making hot drinks, and clearing down (Barista skills are a bonus)

Required skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in hospitality
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Organized with attention to detail

Knowledge / competencies:

• Good understanding and use of verbal English
• Proficient in written English and reading skills
• Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred
