Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Software Trainer - Hospitality to deliver instructor-led training on a leading hospitality software platform across the UK and Europe. You’ll be based in Hounslow and travel up to 70% of your time to customer sites.

The role runs for 12 months, starting in mid‑November, with a mix of onsite and remote training sessions, and sessions of up to five days. This position offers exposure to hotel teams and ongoing learning across locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex software workflows into clear learning.
• Customer-focused and well-organised travel planning.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led training for newly onboarding hotel properties, onsite or remote.
• Run adoption sessions after go-live and deliver masterclasses.
• Present product overviews, demos and full product training to colleagues.
• Handle training admin: invites, travel bookings, expenses, post-session recaps.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and delivery team for smooth handovers.
• Report and help resolve issues arising during training.
