The Opportunity Provider Ltd is seeking an experienced Hospitality Trainer to inspire apprentices and shape the future of the industry. You will deliver hands-on training across F&B, housekeeping, front office and more, with travel around Crawley and surrounding areas, and a mix of home-based work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level.
• Experience managing one or more of the following: F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen.
• A Level 4 qualification in hospitality or related field.
• Confident with technology and well organised.
• Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths or willing to achieve.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle for travel within area.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices at all levels, helping them develop skills and confidence in hospitality.
• Support apprentices at the Hospitality Academy with hands-on training.
• Personalise learning plans to each apprentice’s needs.
• Demonstrate how essential skills like communication, teamwork and problem-solving fit into hospitality.
• Build relationships with employers and report progress.
• Manage administrative tasks and plan using Google Suite and other systems.
