Job summary

The Breakfast Group are seeking an enthusiastic Host to join our team at Lucy Wong Cocktail Bar in London. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and provide a welcoming atmosphere while handling daily enquiries with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.

Experience with Sevenrooms, phone etiquette, and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential to help drive bookings and guest satisfaction across our venues.

Qualifications

• Experience using Sevenrooms.
• Phone etiquette and ownership of calls to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Ability to provide a welcoming atmosphere and customer experience.
• Ability to manage reservations and walk-ins on the day/evening.
• Willingness to deliver business goals and work as a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Capable of handling around 200 enquiries per day.
