Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is growing and hiring recruitment consultants to join our temp hospitality division. You’ll manage a busy recruitment desk, build relationships, win business, and place quality candidates across hotels, restaurants, catering, events and related leisure roles.

Hospitality recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, be commercially minded and relationship-led, and enjoy business development.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience essential – agency background preferred.
• Hospitality sector experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious, self-driven and growth-focused.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a temp/contract recruitment desk.
• Developing new business and expanding client relationships.
• Recruiting across hospitality operational and specialist roles.
• Managing the full recruitment process from booking to shift fulfilment.
• Building and maintaining an active worker pool within your market.
• Delivering a fast, responsive service to meet short-notice client needs.
• Working closely with leadership to shape growth within your vertical.
